SURVIVOR® EZ Series
One-day installation---years of solid performance! That's what the SURVIVOR EZ Truck Scale is all about. Simply place the EZ's pre-assembled deck modules on the foundation in the morning, and have a finished concrete deck poured by evening! Providing unmatched structural integrity, the EZ is built with 12" main beams and 6" support beams under a 6" thick concrete deck. Its rugged construction minimizes deflection, a major factor in determining a weighbridge's life span. Under maximum rated loads, the EZ scale deflects less than 1:700 (less than 1/3" on a 20-ft module)! This legal-for-trade accuracy is achieved through the aid of the low-deflection weighbridge and self-centering load cell suspension. The self-centering suspension eliminates the need for check rods, which can cause binding on the scale. |

SURVIVOR® SR Series The SURVIVOR SR Series truck scales feature a low-profile 8-inch thick steel and concrete weighbridge, and up to a 14-foot wide loading area for greater safety and faster processing during peak usage times. The 24-inch main I-beams limit deflection under heavy loads; cross members approximately every 4 feet spread the loads more evenly for less flexing and a longer life cycle. The SURVIVOR SR Series truck scales maintain accuracy even with a 90,000 lb load (on 4-foot centers) in mid span. The weighbridge deflection is less than 1:900 (e.g., 0.26 inches on a 20-foot span)! Less deflection means less cumulative metal fatigue and much longer life cycles. For dependable weighments over the long haul, and a design life of decades--rather than years--you need a SURVIVOR SR. Its rugged construction minimizes deflection, a major factor in determining the life of the weigh- bridge. Under maximum rated loads, the EZ-ST scale deflects less than 1:700 (or less than 1/3 of an inch on a 20-foot module)! Legal-for-trade accuracy is achieved through the low-deflection weighbridge and self-centering load cell suspension. The self-centering suspension eliminates the need for check rods, which can cause binding in other types of scales.
