Predator Fiber Comb – Lint Cleaner
The predator fiber comb – lint cleaner is an innovative design in which individual tufts of fiber are combed over a perforated cleaning screen, allowing an extreme amount of pin trash and dirt removal. A pin cylinder, consisting of over 7500 hardened pins, sweeps the screen clean. The tremendous inertia created by this cylinder then slings the fiber to the saw at a velocity of 3000 feet per minute. The saw, turning in the opposite direction, then combs the individual tufts of fiber without grinding trash into the fiber as opposed to standard batt-type lint cleaners with feed works.
With only 6 main drive bearings, and using a bet drive transmission, the predator fiber comb is maintenance and user friendly. The unique design alone with lock out magnetic doors assures the utmost in safety. The results of increased pin trash and dirt removal, along with the high capacity cleaning and safety makes the predator fiber comb the lint cleaner by which standards will be measured in the future.
